Aqua Paints
Aqua Paints, a brand under Octagon Fibres and Chemicals, is one of Bangladesh’s leading paint and coatings manufacturers and a significant producer of specialty chemicals. Its legacy is rooted in the visionary leadership of Late Serajuddin Ahmed, the pioneer who founded the country’s first paint manufacturing company, Elite Paints, in 1952. Building on this profound heritage, his eldest and youngest sons established the Aqua Paints brand in 2001 with a commitment to innovation, quality, and reliability.
Elite Steel
Elite Iron & Steel Industries Limited, widely known as Elite Steel, is a proud unit of the Elite Group family and is recognized as the pioneer of quality steel in Bangladesh. Established in 1983 as the country’s first integrated steel manufacturer, Elite Steel set new industry standards from the very beginning. In 1987, it became the first company in Bangladesh to install an Electric Induction Furnace from RADYNE (United Kingdom), marking a major technological milestone. Continuing its legacy of growth, the company added a second production unit in 2023, enabling it to meet the rapidly increasing demand for premium steel products in the expanding construction sector.
