Mr. Ramzul Seraj
Managing Director
Mr. Ramzul Seraj is a highly educated and accomplished individual, holding an M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the United Kingdom. He is the proposed Managing Director of the company and is widely respected in the industrial, banking, and trading sectors of Bangladesh for his successful entrepreneurship.
He began his career in 1981 as a Director of the Elite Group of Industries. Over the years, together with his family, he established several major industrial ventures, including Elite International (a leading tea exporter), Octagon Fibres & Chemical Industries Ltd. (one of the largest paint manufacturers in the country), and Aqua Mineral Turpentine & Solvents Plants Ltd. He also serves as the Managing Director of Elite Garments Industries Ltd. and Elite Iron & Steel Industries Ltd.
These industrial enterprises are efficiently operated by a team of skilled executives under his direct leadership and supervision. Mr. Seraj was also a sponsor Director and Vice Chairman of Arab Bangladesh Bank Ltd., the first and one of the largest private-sector banks in Bangladesh.
Mr. Sajedur Seraj
Deputy Managing Director
Mr. Sajedur Seraj, aged 47, is the Deputy Managing Director of the company. He is an AICB certified professional from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, U.K., and holds a B.Sc (Hons.) in Bank Management from the University of Manchester, U.K. He is also a Director of the Elite Group of Industries.
Mr. Seraj is a sponsor shareholder of AB Bank and has previously served as a Director and Vice Chairman of AB Bank Ltd.
Mr. Irshad Hossain

Mr. Irshad Hossain with a bright educational carrier is a Director of the company.
He is one of the prominent business personalities in petroleum and garments
business in Bangladesh. At present he is the president of Petrochemical &
Refiners Association of Bangladesh.
